A little bit about me
Originally from Sydney, I completed both my undergraduate dental and postgraduate orthodontics degrees at the University of Melbourne. I have extensive experience working in both metropolitan and regional Victoria, as well as in public hospitals and private specialist orthodontic practices.
I have a particular interest in early treatment for children, to achieve stable long term results. I also help adults realise the full potential of their smile, and improve functional issues.
Outside of the clinic
I am a proud father and husband, and we are all loyal subjects to Barcelona, our ginger and white cat. As a family, we enjoy travelling, cooking and trying out new cuisines.
The best part of being an orthodontist is the unique journey I get to travel with each individual patient as we work together to bring out their best smile.
I find immense satisfaction in helping patients of all ages find their confidence. It gives me so much joy to see a little smile transform into a fully expressive, wholehearted grin!
Why I love being an orthodontist
I work closely with patients and their families to inspire them to ‘own’ their smile through a personalised approach.
I am keen to know if there is a particular tooth that has become your ‘least favourite’, if there is a gap between your teeth that makes it hard to brush around, or if you feel that this section of gum protrudes too far forward or recedes too far back!
It is important to me that patients have a relaxed and safe environment to share their concerns and ask all their questions.
